Biography

Dr. Alex E. Asampong is an expert in international human resource management, organizational behavior, and cross-cultural leadership. With over two decades of experience, he has built a career bridging academia and multinational consultancy, focusing on leadership development and intercultural competence. He currently serves as a senior lecturer at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences and is affiliated with SSBM Geneva and CIEE. Dr. Asampong holds an Executive Doctor of Business Administration degree. He is a board member of several academic and professional councils, reflecting his leadership and commitment to advancing professional standards in his field.

Dedicated since 2002 to cross-cultural education with a global perspective, United International Business School (UIBS) is the main constituent school of United Institute, an established multi-campus, multi-disciplinary, student-centered and institutionally-accredited collegiate private higher education institution rooted in applied sciences and the regional economy.

UIBS organizes professionally-oriented and flexible study programs with multiple starting dates at the Undergraduate/Bachelor’s and (Post)Graduate/Master’s levels in the field of business and management, targeted at metropolitan minds.
