Antonella Avella is a supply chain professional specializing in procurement, supply chain strategy, and business transformation. With 20 years of experience spanning R&D, quality, procurement, supply chain strategy, and M&A, she has built extensive expertise in both direct and indirect procurement within FMCG companies. Her career includes a proven record of delivering business results such as margin expansion and top-line growth. She is recognized for her ability to lead in partnership with business stakeholders, implementing sourcing strategies that improve performance and impact the bottom line. Her passion for developing talent and building high-performance teams further distinguishes her leadership approach.

The multiple starting dates in our quarter and term-based academic calendar allow students to start their education in the fall, winter, spring or summer of each academic year. Students can join our rolling cohorts up to 8 times per year.

Dedicated since 2002 to cross-cultural education with a global perspective, United International Business School (UIBS) is the main constituent school of United Institute, an established multi-campus, multi-disciplinary, student-centered and institutionally-accredited collegiate private higher education institution rooted in applied sciences and the regional economy.
