Biography

Camelia Nistor is a specialist in EU communications, public affairs, and lobbying. She worked for five years at the Secretariat General of the European Commission and has collaborated with the European Parliament, EU affairs consultancies, and the EU’s Office of the Public Affairs Council in Washington, D.C. Currently a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at George Washington University, she also serves as a PhD University Lecturer at Babes-Bolyai University in Romania and at United Institute in Brussels. Camelia holds a Ph.D. in International Relations and European Studies, with a thesis on EU Lobbying, and graduated from Babes-Bolyai University and Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg. Her dual expertise in EU policy-making and academic research positions her as a leading voice in European public affairs education.
