Biography

Luciana Santos Muster is a Marketing Director and Business Development Leader at Barry Callebaut Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in global FMCG marketing. Based in Switzerland, she specializes in brand strategy, innovation-driven growth, and content marketing. She holds a CAS in Higher and Professional Education from ZHAW School of Management and Law, equipping her with advanced pedagogical expertise. She has been a Higher Education Lecturer at UIBS since 2023, focusing on innovation in marketing. She has also served as a judge for MassChallenge and as an expert in Food and Retail Tech for KICKSTART Zurich.

The multiple starting dates in our quarter and term-based academic calendar allow students to start their education in the fall, winter, spring or summer of each academic year. Students can join our rolling cohorts up to 8 times per year.

Dedicated since 2002 to cross-cultural education with a global perspective, United International Business School (UIBS) is the main constituent school of United Institute, an established multi-campus, multi-disciplinary, student-centered and institutionally-accredited collegiate private higher education institution rooted in applied sciences and the regional economy.
