She is a certified trainer, mentor, assessor, and facilitator with extensive experience in both multinational and non-multinational companies. She serves as a Regional POP-UP Festival Super Mentor for Six Seconds, the global emotional intelligence network, where she focuses on bringing EI and social-emotional learning programs into educational and corporate environments. She is also affiliated with Otherwise, an Italian management consulting and training firm specializing in leadership and public speaking development.
