Biography

Maurizio Raffone is a seasoned financial engineer and fractional Chief Financial Officer serving technology companies in Asia. He brings over 25 years of expertise in international finance, with a focus on capital markets, structured finance, derivatives, and venture capital. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of Cambridge and a B.Sc. in Economics and Management from Royal Holloway, University of London. He has held CFO and fundraising roles with technology companies including Credify and MediSun Energy, and serves as an Advisory Board Member for SKEMA Business School’s Global Executive MBA program. He also founded Finetiq, a fintech consultancy focused on Asian markets.

Dedicated since 2002 to cross-cultural education with a global perspective, United International Business School (UIBS) is the main constituent school of United Institute, an established multi-campus, multi-disciplinary, student-centered and institutionally-accredited collegiate private higher education institution rooted in applied sciences and the regional economy.

UIBS organizes professionally-oriented and flexible study programs with multiple starting dates at the Undergraduate/Bachelor’s and (Post)Graduate/Master’s levels in the field of business and management, targeted at metropolitan minds.
