Personalise your path further
Optional add-ons that tailor the program to your goals. Each results in slightly different requirements, which your advisor will map out with you.
Master-level concentrations
Specialise with a concentration. On the state-recognized path it is an optional add-on (+3 courses, total 66 credits); on the private path it is an add-in that replaces electives (stays 60/90). A concentration also shifts the focus of your final project.
Global Master
Study across our campuses in Europe and Japan, and finish with an academic partner in the USA — the University of California, Berkeley or the University of California, Irvine. Program requirements typically stay the same.
Dual Master
Combine two programs into a Dual Master (90 credits total) and receive two qualifications, each mentioning 60 credits — versus one 90-credit qualification in the standard 90-credit version.
Specialise with a concentration
Add an optional concentration to focus your degree and your final project. On the state-recognized path it is an add-on (+3 courses, total 66 credits); on the private path it is an add-in that replaces electives (stays 60/90 credits). A concentration also shifts the focus of your final project.

Academic support
We want our students to optimally be prepared for, progress in and succeed after the program. These support options are available on request and do not change the program requirements.
Before starting, register for a customised Pre-Master Foundation program (for bachelor graduates from outside business and management) or Pre-Master Seminars (a refresher for those who did study business).
During the program, you can register for distance learning per course for added flexibility around your other commitments.
During the program, you can register for private tutoring per hour or per course for extra one-to-one academic support.
What you’ll be able to do
The same program-level outcomes apply to both qualifications. On successful completion, you will be able to:
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of core business and management disciplines, and translate it from integrative, cross-functional perspectives into relevant strategies.
Identify contemporary business challenges (globalisation, digitalisation, sustainability and social impact) and devise appropriate strategies.
Identify leadership challenges and develop appropriate business skills across a variety of contexts.
Apply the knowledge and skills needed to function in international contexts and cross-cultural environments.
Autonomously select and apply the appropriate methodology and tools for responsible, ethical problem-solving and decision-making.
Reflect on your own growth as an individual and business professional, and on your own and others’ thinking and behaviour.
