Why UIBS

Three things that make us different.

Faculty who have done the job

Every facilitator on a UIBS corporate programme holds a graduate degree and has held real P&L, team, or operational responsibility in industry. We do not field trainers who have only ever taught.

Live, case-based, applied

All learning hours are synchronous. Every programme is built around real cases. Every module ends with a workplace task participants can act on the next working day. No pre-recorded video standing in for instruction.

9 campuses, plus online

We deliver where your people are — on your premises, at any of our city-centre campuses across Europe and Asia, fully online, hybrid, or rotational across multiple cities.

Built for multi-country teams

Your global footprint, our delivery network.

When your people are spread across countries, we don’t fly one trainer to all of them. We deploy local faculty, deliver in local languages where it matters, and bring everyone together at the moments where shared learning is most powerful.

Local delivery. Faculty already on the ground in 9 European and Asian cities, plus a dedicated online campus.
Consistent quality. One UIBS methodology, one faculty standard, one quality bar — in every country.
Shared milestones. Cohorts converge at a chosen UIBS campus for in-person modules that anchor the experience.
Online connective tissue. Synchronous virtual modules between in-person moments keep momentum without travel cost.

What we teach

Four core capability areas. And many more on request.

Our corporate portfolio is anchored in the academic strengths UIBS has built since 2002. We lead with four areas — and accept engagements in any subject covered by our degree curricula where we can field faculty who meet our standards.

Leadership & people management

First-time manager development, executive presence, performance conversations, leading distributed and multicultural teams, change leadership.

Strategy, finance & general management

Strategic thinking, business model design, finance for non-finance managers, decision-making under uncertainty, commercial acumen.

Innovation, entrepreneurship & digital/AI for managers

Intrapreneurship, opportunity discovery, design thinking, AI literacy for managers, digital transformation, data-informed decisions.

Sustainability, ESG & responsible business

Responsible leadership, ESG fundamentals, sustainable strategy, social and environmental impact, stakeholder governance.

Looking for something else — marketing and customer experience, sales and negotiation, operations, HR, communication? We probably teach it. Tell us what you need.

How we work

Five disciplined stages, every time.

From understanding the business need to measuring the result, every UIBS engagement follows the same sequence.

1

Discover

Sponsor and participant interviews, document review, success metrics. We don’t propose anything until we understand what “success” looks like.

2

Design

Learning outcomes, modular curriculum, real cases, faculty mapping, schedule. Co-designed with you, signed off before we mobilise.

3

Deliver

Synchronous cohorts led by practitioner-professors. Small groups. Live case discussion. The learning happens in the room.

4

Apply

Between sessions, participants execute workplace assignments tied to real KPIs. Learning becomes behaviour, behaviour becomes results.

5

Measure

Every engagement is evaluated against the Kirkpatrick four-level model — reaction, learning, behaviour, results.

Delivery formats

Five ways we can deliver.

The format follows the audience — not the other way round.

On-site at your premises
We bring the campus to your team. Minimal travel, maximum focus.
At a UIBS campus
Choose any of our 9 cities. The campus and the city become part of the experience.
Live online
Synchronous virtual classroom for distributed teams. Cohort capped at 18 to preserve interaction.
Hybrid
In-person bookends with live virtual modules in between. Often the most cost-effective format for senior cohorts.
Multi-campus rotational
Our signature offering. Geneva → Tokyo → Online → Brussels. International exposure becomes a learning outcome in itself.

Our faculty standard

Taught only by people who have done the job — and can teach it.

Earned doctorate or terminal master’s.
Every facilitator holds a DBA, PhD, or MBA. Verified at contracting.

15+ years senior managerial or board-level experience.
Every facilitator has held P&L, team, board, or operating responsibility in industry. Documented in their bio.

Tested in the room.
Minimum 200 contact hours of executive teaching, observed before joining the corporate roster.

Active practitioner.
Every facilitator holds a current advisory, board, or operating role — not retired into teaching.

Programme shapes

What a programme could look like.

Three illustrative shapes — to spark the conversation, not to constrain it. Every programme we deliver is custom.

Multi-country leadership academy
10–12 days over 6 months
20–25 high-potential country and regional managers
Three in-person modules at UIBS campuses (e.g., Madrid → Brussels → Geneva)
Live virtual modules between in-person moments
Live business challenge as the spine of the programme

Customer experience masterclass series
4 × 1-day modules over 4 months
Operations leads and customer-facing managers
Delivered locally at 2–3 regional hubs
Same faculty, same case, same standards across geographies
Apply-tomorrow tasks tied to site KPIs

Digital & AI for managers bootcamp
3-day intensive, repeatable
Functional managers from headquarters and country teams
AI literacy, data-informed decisions, transformation playbooks
Run twice per year; mix of UIBS campus and live online
Embeds an internal champions’ community

These are illustrative shapes only. Your programme will be designed around your audience and outcomes.

What this means for you

Faculty selection meets the same bar we apply to our accredited degree programmes.

Programme design follows the same outcomes-based approach that earns accreditation.

Evaluation is independent and consistent — Kirkpatrick L1 + L2 standard; L3 + L4 standard for engagements of 10 days or more.

How we get started

From first conversation to first cohort — typically 8 to 12 weeks.

A short signing meeting to agree audience, outcomes, success metrics, and constraints.

03

Programme proposal

Curriculum, faculty mix, schedule, pricing, and contractual framework — for your decision.

04

Mobilisation & delivery

Contracts signed, faculty contracted, cases authored, first cohort ready to start.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Organisations whose people need new skills they can apply at work the next day — typically multi-country businesses developing managers, leaders, or technical specialists. From a single half-day masterclass to a multi-year talent academy.
On your premises anywhere your teams are based, at any of our 9 city-centre campuses (Amsterdam, Antwerp, Barcelona, Brussels, Geneva, Madrid, Milan, Tokyo, Zurich) or our dedicated online campus. We routinely combine these formats in a single programme.
English is our default language of delivery. Additional languages are possible where we can field faculty who meet our standards in that language — please ask.
Practitioner-professors with a master’s degree (minimum) and real managerial experience. Every faculty member on a corporate engagement has been observed delivering live, case-based teaching to senior adult learners.
Not as a substitute for live teaching. We believe synchronous delivery is what makes learning land. We do offer pre-reads, recorded supplements, and apply-tomorrow assignments between live sessions.
Against the Kirkpatrick four-level model — reaction, learning, behaviour, and business results. The level-four metric is agreed with you in the Discovery Brief. We share results in a sponsor debrief at the end of every engagement.
Pricing depends on length, format, faculty seniority, and customisation. We will give you a transparent commercial proposal once we have agreed the Discovery Brief.
From first conversation to first delivered module is typically 8 to 12 weeks. Faster is possible for shorter, simpler programmes.
We sign mutual NDAs before exchanging anything sensitive. Frameworks and methodology remain UIBS IP; cases authored from your material remain your IP; jointly developed cases are co-owned, with anonymisation rules agreed up front.

Final step

Tell us what you’re trying to change.

Send us a few lines about your business priority, your audience, and your timing. A senior member of our team will come back to you within two working days.
