Biography

Dr. Aida Mehrad is a psychologist specializing in organizational and industrial psychology, with a focus on job satisfaction, leadership styles, and conflict management. She brings nearly eight years of international experience in academia and research, with particular expertise in business, marketing, strategy of management, and organizational behavior. Dr. Mehrad holds a PhD in Social Psychology with a specialization in organizational and industrial psychology, as well as a Master’s in General Psychology. She is the author of more than 50 academic papers published in specialized journals and presented at international conferences, along with four books including “Ascendant Manager, Pioneer Management: How to Control Conflict?”
