Biography

Alasdair White is a specialist in human resource management, organisational behaviour, and behavioural economics. He worked as a management development consultant for over 20 years with an international practice covering Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Far East before joining academia. He currently serves as a business school professor and faculty member at United International Business Schools in Brussels and Antwerp, teaching at postgraduate, graduate, and undergraduate levels. Educated at King Alfred’s College, Winchester, he was awarded a PhD in Management by UIBS Zurich in 2018. A prolific author of books including “Managing for Performance” and “From Comfort Zone to Performance Management,” he is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a recognized Napoleonic historian.
