Biography

Chieko Nakabayashi is an expert in international economics, public policy, and cross-cultural training. With decades of experience, she has worked for global institutions including the FAO, UNIDO, and JICA, and currently serves as a lecturer and expert consultant for the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation. Based in Belgium and Tokyo, her areas of expertise span international trade, organizational theory, and behavioral economics. She applies a qualitative teaching approach using real-world examples, case studies, experiments, and storytelling to illustrate key concepts.
