Biography
Lluis Mas Manchon is an Associate Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra’s Department of Communication, specializing in advertising, sound branding, public relations, and digital media. He holds a PhD in Audiovisual Communication and Advertising (cum laude) from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona and has published over 30 Scopus-indexed articles, including in high-impact journals such as the Journal of Product and Brand Management, Corporate Reputation Review, and American Behavioral Scientist. A Fulbright Scholar who conducted research at Texas Tech University on sonic branding, he also edited the Routledge volume Innovation in Advertising and Branding Communication. He brings two decades of academic and consulting experience to his teaching.
