Biography

Philippe Debroux is an expert in international management and human resource management with over three decades of teaching experience across Europe and Asia. He holds a PhD in Applied Economics (highest distinction) from Universite Libre de Bruxelles and an MBA from INSEAD. He is a Professor at Soka University in Japan, an Adjunct Professor at Lakeland University Japan and UIBS, and has held academic positions at Rennes University, Doshisha University, Hiroshima City University, the National Economic University in Hanoi, and Brussels Free University. His research and teaching center on management practices in Japan and international HRM.
