Biography

Ruth Fuente Arago is a professional coach and psychologist specializing in leadership, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, and human resources development. With more than ten years of experience in HR departments, she has supported employees with their professional careers across corporate and academic settings. Ruth holds a degree in Psychology, a Master in Human Resources, a Master in Management of Educational Centers, and an MBA. She teaches at institutions including Tecnologico de Monterrey, EM Normandie Business School, and United International Business Schools, delivering courses at bachelor’s, master’s, MBA, and executive education levels across Mexico, Spain, France, and Mongolia.

Dedicated since 2002 to cross-cultural education with a global perspective, United International Business School (UIBS) is the main constituent school of United Institute, an established multi-campus, multi-disciplinary, student-centered and institutionally-accredited collegiate private higher education institution rooted in applied sciences and the regional economy.

UIBS organizes professionally-oriented and flexible study programs with multiple starting dates at the Undergraduate/Bachelor’s and (Post)Graduate/Master’s levels in the field of business and management, targeted at metropolitan minds.
