Beyond knowledge, you’ll join a community of like-minded professionals committed to creating meaningful change, thereby expanding your network and your impact.

Second phase

In the second phase for a total of 12 credits, you complete your Final Project. The requirements of this phase can be started once you have completed a minimum of 16 credits in coursework, and do not necessarily need to be started only upon completion of the coursework.

Option 1 with a Business Project results in our European state-recognized Professional MBA degree.

This Business Project will enable you to gain in depth knowledge and understanding of the application of the theory and concept from your studies in practice. This module will provide you with an opportunity to develop a real business plan or project, which is agreed by all parties and includes a set of specific, measurable and achievable outcomes. The project is undertaken over a period of minimum 10 weeks during which time you are supported by an academic mentor and a business mentor (where appropriate), to ensure the experience meets your learning needs and to supervise any applied research activity undertaken. At the same time you may be supported by a business mentor based within the organization. The business mentor’s role is to provide you guidance and offer feedback on your project. Both mentors will maintain contact throughout the Business Project to ensure your needs are fully supported. The module is assessed by a substantial piece of written work, comprised of a number of components.

Option 2 with a course-based alternative to the Final Project results in our programmatically-accredited Signature MBA degree.

Electives can be any course scheduled that does not already count towards other program requirements. Electives are shared with students from other programs and concentrations.

Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:

  • demonstrate extensive knowledge and understanding of core business and management disciplines, and will translate this from integrative and cross functional perspectives into relevant strategies;
  • identify contemporary business challenges such as globalization, digitalization, sustainability and social impact, and to devise appropriate strategies;
  • identify leadership challenges and develop appropriate business skills in a variety of contexts;
  • apply knowledge and demonstrate skills needed to function in international contexts and cross-cultural environments;
  • autonomously select and apply the appropriate methodology and tools to engage in responsible and ethical problem-solving and decision-making; and
  • demonstrate insights into their own growth as individuals and business professionals, and will demonstrate the ability to reflect upon their own thinking and behavior as well as that of others involved.

This curriculum is valid for all students starting in October 2025 or later. While all efforts have been made to ensure that the program requirements and course overviews are complete and accurate at the time of publication, we reserve the right to make changes to the curriculum without prior notice, subject to ongoing internal validation. More information

We organize 8 starting dates per year. Our academic calendar is based on a quarter system with four 10-week quarters per year that consist of two 5-week terms each. We refer to these quarters as Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer, and to these terms simply as A and B. Our program’s flexible structure and modular design allows you to optimally plan your studies and choose from among multiple starting dates in October, November, January, February, April, May, July, and August.

Our MBA is designed with flexibility in mind. Most students complete the program in a part-time format within approximately 24 months, but the pace is up to you. The more adaptable you are with your schedule, the faster you can progress. By joining additional courses when available, can accelerate the completion. Whether you prefer a steady rhythm or an accelerated path, we make it possible to tailor the experience to your professional and personal commitments.

We schedule all MBA courses on 2 to 4 consecutive weekdays throughout the day, typically in 2 blocks of 3 hours between 8.30 and 18.30, but there may be several evening sessions between 19.00 and 22.00 and/or weekend sessions on Saturdays.

  • a Bachelor Degree or its equivalent for a solid foundation
  • a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to ensure practical business insight
  • fluency in English for effective communication and interaction

We work with a rolling admissions process and do not set specific deadlines to apply because of our multiple starting dates. Applications are welcomed and reviewed on a rolling basis. We do advise students to apply early and formally accept their application so that everyone can plan ahead. We also advise students to allow sufficient time from the moment of their formal acceptance to plan their stay abroad (where applicable).
