The typical applicant for our Professional Master programs is a highly-motivated individual who has recently completed their Bachelor's degree. They possess a solid foundation in their respective fields and are eager to acquire advanced business acumen to start or accelerate their careers. Their passion for lifelong learning, coupled with their strong dedication to professional growth, makes them a perfect fit for our program.

The Professional Master programs at UIBS are designed to accommodate a wide range of applicants seeking to enhance their business knowledge and leadership skills to thrive in today's dynamic corporate environment. We welcome both recent Bachelor's graduates and young professionals with less than 3 years of experience, providing them with an opportunity to enhance their business acumen and leadership skills.

For more experienced professionals with 3 or more years of experience, we recognize their valuable knowledge and expertise. In recognition of the practical experience they have already acquired, we may waive the requirement to complete a Business Internship as a part of the program. This flexibility ensures that our curriculum adapts to the unique needs and goals of each individual, allowing them to maximize their learning and networking opportunities.

Additionally, UIBS organizes optional Pre-Master seminars, specifically tailored to recent Bachelor graduates from non-business backgrounds. These seminars provide essential foundational knowledge in business and management, ensuring that applicants from diverse academic disciplines can seamlessly integrate into one of our Professional Master programs.

At UIBS, we value collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
