In recognition of the practical experience they have already acquired, we may waive the requirement to complete a Business Internship as a part of the program. Additionally, UIBS organizes optional Pre-Master seminars, specifically tailored to recent Bachelor graduates from non-business backgrounds. Education format
The program offers a unique advantage with its flexible program format. Students have the option to choose between an on-campus hybrid format or fully online, giving them the freedom to tailor their learning experience to their individual needs. Most courses are organized on-campus, ensuring a collaborative and engaging learning environment. However, for added convenience and accessibility, courses from certain concentrations are organized virtually. This blended approach provides students with the best of both worlds, combining face-to-face interactions with the convenience of online learning. Additionally, modules such as the Final Projects are organized virtually, allowing students to complete them fully remotely. For students pursuing a concentration in Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Supply Chain Management, or Fashion Management, the program requirements include the following. For students pursuing other concentrations, the program requirements differ slightly, with students completing three courses from the chosen concentration cluster (totaling 6 credits) and 10 elective credits. Students who choose not to pursue a concentration are required to complete the core courses from the designated clusters, two Business Skills courses, 16 elective credits, and both Final Project I and Final Project II. Electives can be chosen from among all available courses.

External quality assurance
This program was accredited by Cualificam and results in a state-recognized qualification. Cualificam is the procedure of the ‘Fundación para el Conocimiento Madri+d’ to certify the quality of Professional Master programs.
Admissions
Admission info

Application deadlines
Our Admissions Department applies a rolling admissions process and does not set deadlines to submit applications because of the multiple starting dates available. Applications are reviewed continuously troughout the year. Only in case a student visa is required do we recommend to apply 1-3 months prior to the intended starting date.
Program fees
Program fees are calculated pro-rata per campus where the student completed courses and earned credits. The total fees are due payable on a quarterly basis on a fixed payment schedule. Program fees cover matriculation and tuition fees but do not include the cost of living, housing, travel, transport, health insurance, study materials and other expenses. For more details, refer to the document attached.
General admission requirements
Students should be fluent in English, and have obtained a Bachelor degree (or equivalent). Refer to the application process for further details on the recommended English language levels.
Degrees with 180 European credits or 120 American semester credits are considered equivalent. Other degrees can be submitted along with your application for review by our Admissions Department. No distinction is made between academic or professional Bachelor degrees.
Students who do not hold a business-related Bachelor degree or equivalent may be required to complete an inbound assessment test prior to starting the program, and, depending on the results, earn an additional number of credits in leveling courses from the Pre-Master Foundation Program in order to be fully prepared for our graduate programs.
Students who have 15 or more years of relevant work experience may apply directly for the Pre-Master program and will be required to complete an inbound assessment test prior to starting the graduate program, and, depending on the results, earn an additional number of credits in specific undergraduate courses.
Program-specific admission requirements
Admission to the Professional Master programs at United Institute requires applicants to meet the following criteria:
- To be eligible for admission, applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. This ensures that students entering the program have a solid foundation on which to build their business studies.
- Additionally, applicants must demonstrate fluency in English, as the program is taught in English. This ensures effective communication and participation in the program.
For students with three or more years of relevant work experience, the requirement to complete a Business Internship may be waived, allowing experienced professionals to customize their program to meet their specific needs.
