We’ve designed our fees to be clear and fair: you pay for the program and the options you choose, and nothing more. This document explains, in plain terms, how your fees are calculated and how payment works: the two pricing models, deposits and installments, annual fee changes, pausing and withdrawing, the additional fees that apply only if you use the service, late payment, how to pay, refunds, and the discounts and scholarships available to those who qualify. Program-based: best value

Prepay your program, or spread it over a fixed installment plan, for our best value and a clear plan from the start.

Credit-based: most flexible

Pay per credit as you enroll, with deadlines and amounts that flex to your own pace and choices.

This Fees & Payments policy is one of three documents that make up our Financial Policies, alongside the Fee Schedule and the Terms and Conditions policy. All three documents need to be read in conjunction with each other. The Terms and Conditions policy is the master document and prevails in case of any inconsistency.
