These are the terms that frame your relationship with UIBS, from the moment you apply through to graduation, and we’ve kept them as clear as we can so that you, and anyone supporting your studies, know exactly where you stand. They are the master document of our Financial Policies, covering the parties to the agreement, the education services and how they may be delivered, your fee obligations, honesty, intellectual property and confidentiality, termination, hardship and force majeure, liability, and how disputes are resolved. Where anything in another document seems to conflict, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

Fees designed around you

Your fees cover your program and the options you choose, nothing more. The same for everyone, whatever your nationality or residence.

Program-based: best value

Prepay your program, or spread it over a fixed installment plan, for our best value and a clear plan from the start.

Credit-based: most flexible

Pay per credit as you enroll, with deadlines and amounts that flex to your own pace and choices.

This Terms and Conditions policy is one of three documents that make up our Financial Policies, alongside the Fee Schedule and the Fees & Payments policy. All three documents need to be read in conjunction with each other. The Terms and Conditions policy is the master document and prevails in case of any inconsistency.
